This website (portal) is working towards maximal accessibility of its contents and functions in compliance with most common standards. It fulfils all important criteria of accessibility according to the Blind Friendly Web methodology (the United Organization of the Visually Impaired and the Blind Project) and the WCAG 1.0.

This site uses only relative font sizes, all texts can be increased or decreased in size by using the text size function available from every page or by using the "view" option in your browser.

The structure and operating of the site is designed to be accessible for people using a range of equipment and browsers as well as for users with specific needs.

HTML 4.01 is used for the structure of layout and contents and cascading style sheets (CSS) for visual layout of the website.

Some information on the website is accessible in other than text or hypertext formats.

The following file formats may be used on the website:

  • OpenDocument (ODT, ODS, ODP) - free OpenOffice product available for displaying these format files

For the right functioning it may be necessary to use the digits above letters with the English keyboard (Alt + Shift). Macintosh uses Ctrl instead of Alt.

Portal Structure

All pages (except for the home page) provide information about „where you are“ in the middle part of the page above the content. This navigation structure is active and enables you to move easily to a higher level of the structure. Basic information can also be obtained from the URL and the title page.
